Hey you! I’m Lauren, a former primary school teacher who stopped reacting to the daily fires of my classroom and started preventing issues instead, so I could enjoy teaching. At the beginning of each school year, I accepted that this was the hand I was dealt and focused on getting through the next nine months. I asked colleagues what was working for them, I went to conferences, scoured Pinterest, and requested help from the administration… but nothing was actually solving the problem.

I was dreading going into work, giving myself a pep talk every morning so I could walk into the building. I was stressed out, burnt out, and frustrated. That’s when I realized being happy, balanced, and successful had nothing to do with a perfect body, prince charming, or a corner office.

I began studying neurobiology and experimenting with those techniques which got instant results. Other teachers noticed, asked what I was doing, and started implementing the same techniques and strategies in their own classrooms. Word spread like wildfire!

Today, I coach teachers and parents just like you to create a life they’re truly in love with!  I give you the raw, honest truth of what works and practical skills to implement in your day-to-day life.

So, sit back and enjoy learning my secret sauce while sipping a cuppa coffee.

1. Is the stress, trauma, and behavior program going to take a long time to implement? (I’m busy!!)
I. So. Get. That.
One of the reasons I developed the system I teach in this course is because I KNOW people are busy. I want to save you time when it comes to dealing with behavior that causes more stress.
The entire course can be viewed in a week if you’d like, but I wouldn’t recommend that.
My advice to REALLY get the results you want to see:
Take a few weeks and slowly move through all the content.
Plan for 15-20 minutes per day to implement the tools for 6-8 weeks.
Go back and revisit as needed and necessary.
Easy peasy!
2. Do you offer any refunds or guarantees?
You bet!
If you finish the program, implement my strategies, and don’t see any results, then you can email me within 60 days of purchase for a full refund.
I’m so confident in this program. It worked for me, and I know it will work for you, too. For me, it’s about results, change, feeling better. If you don’t experience those things by the end of the program, I’m happy to refund you.
3. Can I buy it now and watch the course later?
Oh, yes!
Register for TBH’s stress, trauma and behavior program now and receive lifetime access to the course materials and updates. You also receive a 3-month membership to our exclusive Facebook group. You can start whenever you want.
That is, unless you are going for that university credit...then I need you to complete the courses by December 1, 2022
4. Could I just find this information online for free?
I tried that, too. One of the reasons I created this course is because there is SO MUCH incorrect and outdated information online about how to deal with behavior and respond to stress.
I mean, neuroscience is constantly evolving and changing. Do you want to use strategies from outdated posts with tactics that don’t work anymore (or maybe never even did work)? Wouldn't you rather save time and use strategies from a newly-updated course with proven results from numerous other individuals?
Time is our most precious, nonrenewable resource. Think about the time you’d save by not having to dig through old content and implement disconnected strategies, just to ‘maybe’ find something that kinda works. The stress, trauma, and behavior certificate program walks you through, step-by-step, what exactly you should be doing to get major results.
No time wasted and no outdated curriculum.
5. This course would be a big investment for me. Is it really worth the price?
I’ll let one of my previous certificate program attendees answer that for you...
“Can't believe the timing on this....so glad to have these resources during the most traumatic times of our lives. I learned so much and cannot thank you enough!”

“These regulation strategies have helped so many of my students focus. I explained why we were introducing these tools and what their purpose is. The most rewarding moment happened just the other day, when I was reading with a student. Another student came over to me, who often breaks down, and asked if he could go do some wall push-ups. I said 'yes' and smiled. I was usually making the suggestion TO him, and now he was self-regulating his brain!”
